Investigating the role of art and architecture in the city of Trondheim, this project was located in the two small watchtowers flanking the Bakke Bru and housed the mechanism used to open this now-sealed bridge. While one watchtower invited people to peek in, to read anonymous confessions and secrets collected at the Kunstakademiet gallery, and the other watchtower was heated up, made warm and cosy to give passerby a moment of respite, creating a space for chance encounters and sociability on a cold and dark November day. Both projects played with interrupting the busy flow of foot traffic across the bridge, the natural order of things and posture of walking, cone of vision, to delay a little the arrival on the other side.
The work was later exhibited as video documentation in Bordeaux along with a publication consisting of essays written by the students and faculty of the course
